Michelle Williams has a “crisis of faith” before starting work on a new project.
The 30-year-old actress is very versatile and has appeared in many high-profile movies including Brokeback Mountain, Deception and Shutter Island.
She got her big break in teen television drama Dawson’s Creek as Jen Lindley after a series of smaller jobs.
But Michelle, who is set to star as Marilyn Monroe in new movie My Week with Marilyn, admits she gets the jitters when beginning a new film.
“I don’t know yet,” she told Total Film magazine when asked how she feels about the daunting role. “Every time before I work I have a crisis of faith. It’s horrible!”
The star has also filmed a role in Take This Waltz, a love story which will be released next year. But Michelle revealed that, while the film is supposedly comical, she has a lot of tough scenes in it.
“[It’s] light-funny, in the way you trip and fall over your shoelace. For a funny movie, I spend a lot of time crying,” she said.
